ORDER:
This revision is directed against the order dt. 21.12.2010 inE.P.No. 288 of 2008 in O.S.No. 70 of 2002 on the file of the learnedSenior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry whereby and whereunder the courtbelow allowed the execution petition and directed issue of warrant forremoval of all constructions made by the revisionpetitioner/judgement debtor in the red marked joint lane and also thebore well and the fruit juice shop allegedly executed by the revisionpetitioner, as per the decree in O.S.No. 70 of 2002. The revisionpetitioner is directed to bear the expenses for the removal of suchconstructions. It was observed by the trial court that if the executionpetitioner requires the assistance of an Advocate Commissioner tolocalize the constructions in the joint lane, he is at liberty to take theassistance of an Advocate Commissioner by bearing his fee, asstipulated by such Commissioner.
As the order impugned is wholly in conformity with the decreein the suit in its entirety, no cause for revisional interference is madeout. No merits in the revision and is accordingly dismissed at thestage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.
