ORDER:
The present Civil Revision petition has been seekingthe following relief:the following relief:
"...to allow the revision by setting aside the order dt13-7-2023 passed in I.A.No. ItB of 2O2l in R.C.NO.163 of 2O15 on the frle of the I Addl. Rent Controller,City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad..."
2. Heard Sri Bankatlal Mandhani, learned counsel for thepetitioner.

Considering the fact that the order under chaJlenge isone which is dated 13.02.2023 i.e. more than five (5)months and the Civil Revision petition is now being filedonly on 15.12.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertajnthe Civil Revision Petition at this juncture in tJle givenfactual backdrop of the case. particularly taking intoconsideration that the original dispute is regarding suit fore's'iction a:nd the present Civil Revision petition is filed by thepetitioner herein who is the respondent before the Courtbelow in I.A.No.It8 of 2O2t in R.C.No.163 of 201S.
4. The present Civil Revision Petition being devoid ofmerits, stands dismissed. No order as to costs As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,shall stald closed.
