In the meanwhile, respondents 1,3 and the Commissioner, KagaznagarMunicipality, shall inform this Court as to the basis on which the meeting for noconfidence motion against the Vice-Chairman of the Municipality scheduled to beheld on 27-10-2009 was cancelled.
There shall be interim stay of motion of no confidence against the petitionerherein only.”
