ORDER:

Though the petitioner has challenged the order placing himunder suspension pending enquiry in the writ petition, during thecourse of hearing Smt. P. Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel for thepetitioner would seek a limited relief to direct the 3[rd] respondent-Project Director to conclude the disciplinary enquiry within a timeframe. Hence this writ petition is disposed of with the consent of boththe learned counsel.

2 The petitioner is alleged to have committed several irregularitiesand acts of misappropriation of amounts while working as fieldassistant of Malla Reddy Palli Village, Chinthapally Mandal, NalgondaDistrict. The petitioner, therefore, has been placed under suspensionpending enquiry by order dated 3.07.2013. The petitioner states thatthere is no progress in the enquiry though he has already submittedexplanation on 16.09.2013. It is further stated that the 3[rd] respondent isnot likely to conclude the enquiry within a reasonable time, and if theenquiry is prolonged, the petitioner would suffer hardship. It is,therefore, submitted that a direction be issued for expeditiousconclusion of the enquiry within a time frame.

3 Sri M.S Ramachandra Murthy, who has taken notice on behalf ofrespondent No.3, has no objection to grant such a limited direction.
