ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents havenot implemented the direction issued by this Court, through orders, dated 19.10.2011, in W.P.No.25640 of 2010. The direction was toconsider the representation submitted by the petitioner and to passorders within two months.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned StandingCounsel for the respondents.

It is no doubt true that there was some delay on the part of therespondents in complying with the directions issued by this Court. Thefact, however, remains that the respondents have since passed ordersand communicated the same to the petitioner. If the petitioner feelsaggrieved by the said communication, he can work out his remedies inaccordance with law.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. There shall be noorder as to costs.
