ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learnedGovernment Pleader for the respondents.
Pursuant to the undertaking given on 19-12-2014, learned counselfor the respondents has handed over a cheque for an amount ofRs.1,91,000/- to the 1[st] petitioner and the same is acknowledged by the1[st] petitioner.
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in thepresent Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. Themiscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shallbe no order as to costs.
