ORDER:
1This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash theproceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.55 of 2014 on the file ofWankidi Police Station, Adilabad District and consequently direct to-release an amount of Rs.3,35,000/ seized from the petitioner.
2At the time of arguments, the learned Additional PublicProsecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, theinvestigating officer referred the matter as action dropped.
3Having regard to the submissions made by the learnedAdditional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed inthis petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel,miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shallstand closed.
