ORDER:
The petitioner questions inaction in registering a Crime on complaint dated 18.09.2017, as illegal.
The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions informs the Court that the complaint dated 18.09.2017 is entered in General Diary and respondent No.3 is proceeding in the matter, in accordance with principles laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. State of Uttar Pradesh[1].
