ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantiverelief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularlyone in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring theproceedings, vide F.No.637/PKM/C/2013/Z-V, dated18.11.2013, issued by respondent No.1 so far asconstituting respondent No.2-Towliath committee asbeing illegal and arbitrary and unconstitutional, withoutjurisdiction and violation of provision of the Wakf Act,1995 and the Rules there under.”
After arguing the case, Sri S.M.Subhani, learnedcounsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of theCourt to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clientto approach the Wakf Tribunal for claimingcomprehensive reliefs.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed aswithdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of theprayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,W.P.M.P.No.47842 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.
