JUDGMENT:
The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject appeal in A.S.No.16 of 2009 on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, was disposed of on 02.06.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.
