Sri K.Narsi Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioners,would submit that the Writ Petition has been filed by the petitionerseeking permission to surrender before any Magistrate Courtexcept the Court at Dharmavaram, Anantapur District inconnection with Crime No.40 of 2011; during the pendency of theWrit Petition the petitioners were arrested and produced before theMagistrate Court, Dharmavaram; and, as such, the Writ Petitionhas become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition isdismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
