ORDER:
The petitioner is a conductor in the respondent Corporation. While he was working at Ramachandrapuram Depot in East GodavariDistrict, alleging some misconduct the Depot Manager imposedpunishment of deferment of annual increment for a period of threemonths with cumulative effect. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filedthe Writ Petition in W.P.No.19650/2006. In the said Writ Petition, thisCourt by its order dated 22.09.2006 modified the punishment as that ofwithout cumulative effect. In spite of passing of the said order by thisCourt, the same has not been implemented by the respondents in spiteof so many representations given to the respondents. The petitionerfiled several representations including one which was made on15.12.2012 to implement the orders of this Court in the above writpetition, but so far according to the petitioner, the order passed in theabove said writ petition has not been implemented.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed ofdirecting the second respondent to consider and dispose of therepresentation dated 15.12.2012 made by the petitioner in terms of theorder passed by this Court in W.P.No.19650/2006.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shallstand closed.
