2. Heard the learned counsel [for ][the ][petitioner, ][the ][learned]Assistant Government [Pleader ][for ][Revenue ][appearing ][for]respondents and [perused ][the ][record.]

The learned counsel for the [petitioner would ][submit ][that]the [petitioner ]and [his ]family [members are absolute owners ][and]possessors of lands admeasuring Ac.14,00gts [in ][Sy.No'18 ][and]in situated at [lvlirzapur ][Village, ][Pudur]Ac.7.10gts Sy.No.19 Mandal, Vikarabad District, [having ][acquired ][the ][same ][from their]paternal grandfather. The said Iands are [patta ][lands ][but in ][the]revenue records it was wrongly [mentioned ][as ][Sarkari ][The]petitioner submitted a representation dated [15,11.2017 ][before]the respondent No.4-Tahsildar, [Pudur Mandal, ][Vikarabad ][District,]seeking to correct the entries [in ][the ][revenue records ][but ][till ][date]no final action has been taken [yet ][and ][ultimately ][prayed ][to]
direct the respondent I\o.4 to dispose of the representationdated 15.11.2017 expediuously.

The learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue,brought to the notice of this Court that an enquiry has alreadybeen initiated and the respondent No.5_Mandal Girdawar, pudurMandal, Vikarabad District, has also submitted enquiry reportdated 13.01.2020 but no final order has been passed by therespondent No.4-Tahsildar.
5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, therespondent No.4-Tahsildar, [pudur ]Mandal, Vikarabad District, isdirected to expedite and conclude the enquiry and pass finalorder in respect of representation dated 15.lt.2Ol7 submittedby the petitioner, within two(2) months from the date of receiptof a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of [.]
