As per the material placed on record, the pctitioncr/A.l surrendcred before the Court below and filed a petition to recall thc Non-Bailablc Warrant issued against him.Having dismissed thc said application, the Court bclorv rcnranded thc petitioner/A.l tojudicial custody on 19.11.2018. Having regard to thc submissions made by the lcarncdcounsel for the petitioner/A,1, this Court is inclincd to grant bail to thc petitioncr/A.l onsome conditions.

Accordingly,, the petitioncr/Ais ordered to bc rcleased on bail on his executing apersonal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees tcn thousand only) with two suretics in alike sum each to the satisfaction of thc learned Additional Judicial N{agistrate of FirstClass, Karimnagar.
