ORDER :
The defacto complainant is present and she filed photostat copyof passport bearing No.G9065283 in proof of her identity. The firstpetitioner is also present before the Court. Both of them report thatthey have decided to live together. Still, the second respondent ishaving some apprehension and wants that her right to take action incase of necessity shall be reserved.
2) Considering the circumstances, as the parties want to livetogether, proceedings in crime No.372 of 2008 of Miyapur PoliceStation, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, are quashed. However, the secondrespondent is at liberty to give fresh complaint at any time in case ofany harassment by the petitioners again.
3) Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed.
