ORDER:-
In view of the allegations in the complaint that the marriage issaid to be an inter-caste and love marriage and as the allegations arealso for the offence under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes andthe Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, it is not a case toquash the First Information Report at this stage and the police arepermitted to proceed with the investigation. However, the arrest of thepetitioners/A.2 and A.3 is stayed till completion of the investigation.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
