ORDER:
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest in Crime No.64 of 2012of Jupadu Bungalow P.S., Kurnool District, registered for the offencesunder section 323 and 355 of I.P.C., and Section 3(1)(x) of ScheduledCastes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for therespondent/State on instructions from the concerned police reportedthat the case has been referred as false. In that view of the matter, thepetition does not survive and accordingly the petition is dismissed asinfructuous.
