The petitioner before this Court has filed thepresent writ petition praying for the following relief:_
nFor the reasons stated in the accompanyingaffidavit, it is prayed that this Hon,ble Court may bepleased to issue a writ, order or direction moreparticularly one in the nature of writ of mandamusdeclaring that the petitioner is entitled to berepatriated to the State of Telangana as per localcandidature in terms of the Provisional Order, 1975 bytaking into account the recommendations made by the2nd respondent vide Lr.No.392O14 lHl l2Ot6-2dt. 16.03.2017 v,'ith all consequential benefits byholding the action of the respondents in r-rot finalizingthe final allocation of the petitioner as per Guidelinesvide F.No.27l 13.20i3-SRS dt.29.lO.2O14 despite thefact the Directorate is going to be shifted to Vijayawadaon or after 12.10 .2017 is illegal, improper, breach ofA.P.Reorganization Act, 2014, and in violation ofprovisions of the Presidential Order, 1975, and to passsuch other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court maydeems frt and proper in the circumstances of the case.'
Learned counsel for the parties, at the outset, havedrawn the attention of this Court towards the orderpassed in W.P"Nos.2l462 of 2079 ar.d 1284 of 2O2O,dated 28.12.2020, and their contention is that in the light of the [said ][ord'er, ][the ][exercise ][of ][allocating ][the]employees [is ][going ][on ][and ][it ][will ][be completed positively]wi.thin a Period [of ][three months']
Resultantly, [no ][further ][orders are ][required' ][as ][the]exercise is already [going ][on. ][The present ][writ ][petition ][is]therefore, disposed [of ][with ][a liberty ][to the ][petitioner ][to]approach this Court, in [case ][the ][petitioner ][is ][still]aggrieved in the matter.
The miscellaneolts applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
