ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. Petitioner claims that she is the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.1-09 guntas in Sy.No.474/A of Maripeda Village, Maripeda Mandal, Mahabubabad District. Petitioner claims to have applied for conducting of survey in the year 2016. In response to the request made by the petitioner for conducting of survey, a Memo was issued by the Tahsildar on 07.10.2016, directing the Mandal Incharge Surveyor, Maripeda, to conduct survey. Petitioner now alleges that so far, survey is not conducted, causing hardship and suffering to the petitioner. A copy of the Memo dated 07.10.2016 is filed as Ex.P.1.

3. However, since the issue relates to the year 2016 and on account of subsequent bifurcation of the Districts and Mandals, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to make a fresh application in F-line mode, through online web portal of the State. If such application is made, the Tahsildar-3[rd] respondent, shall take steps to conduct survey and complete the exercise by following the due procedure, within six (6) weeks from the date of submission of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
