The present applicant has prayed for a temporary bail for aperiod of 30 days on the ground of providing financial assistanceto his family.
Considering the order passed by the In-charge AdditionalSessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Court No. 26,Ahmedabad City, I found no infirmity in the said order hence,the present application through jail for seeking temporary baildoes not require to be entertained and the same is herebyrejected. Rule is discharged.
