ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following [relief:]

Heard Sri G.Rama Rao, learned counsel [appearing ][on]behalf of the [petitioners, learned ][Government ][Pleader ][for]Services - IV appearing [on ][behalf ][of ][respondent ][No.l ][and]Smt.V.Uma Devi, [Iearned Standing Counsel ][for ][TS ][GENCO]appearing on [behalf ][of ][respondents ][No.2 ][and ][3.]
Learned counsel for the [petitioners submits ][that ][the]
3. land of the [petitioners ][admeasuring ][Ac. ][1 . ][14 ][guntas ][in]Sy.No. l34l355, [t34/366 ][and ][134/198 situated ][at ][Chelpur]Village, Ghanpur Mandal, Jayshankar [Bhupalpally ][District,]
was acquired by the respondents without paying anycompensation. Therefore, the petitioners made representation,dated O7.O9.2O2O to the respondents to pay compensation inrespect of acquired lands. In spite of the same, therespondents have not considered the representation made bythe petitioners, dated 07.O9.2O2O. Aggrieved by the same, thepetitioners filed W.P.No.l2847 of 2O2l before this Court,wherein this Court, uide order, dated 28.02.2023, directed therespondents not to dispossess the petitioners therein fromtheir respective lands without following due process of law.However, the petitioners made a representation, dated14.O5.2O2O with a request to provide jobs to land losers asArtisans in TS GENCO KTPP, Chelpur. But, the respondentshave not provided any jobs to the petitioners. Therefore, thepetitioners submitted another [.representation, ]dated06.09.2023 and the same is pending before the respondents.Therefore, learned counsel prayed this Court to direct therespondents to consider the representation made by thepetitioners, dated 06.O9.2023 and pass appropriate orders.4. lrarned Stalding Counsel appearing for respondentssubmits that respondents will consider the representation made by the petitioners, dated 06.O9.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submission made by respective parties and without expressing any opinion on merits, this WritPetition is disposed of with a direction to respondents toconsider the representation of the petitioners, dated06.O9.2023 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance withlaw, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receiptof a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof to thepetitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
