Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ / order or directions and more particularly in the nature of Writ ofMandamus and declare the arbitrary action of the respondents herein in carrying outthe construction of the R.O.B. at Seethaphalmandi for which marking has been doneextension of Wall in front of Lane in between Big Flix & B.S.
