ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner of the landadmeasuring Ac.15-23 gts. in Sy.Nos.608A, 609A and 610A situated atKommala Village, Aravapalli Mandal, Nalgonda District, and the respondentalso issued pattadar pass book and title deed in her name. But, in respect ofSy.Nos.608 and 609, there is some dispute with regard to the boundaries. Therefore, after paying requisite fee, the petitioner made an applicationbefore the respondent on 09-05-2007 for surveying the land in Sy.Nos.608and 609 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.15-23 gts. But, so far, the saidapplication has not been disposed of.

I am not inclined to express any opinion as to whether there is any dispute with regard to the boundaries and whether the respondent is entitledto survey the land or not. However, as the application of the petitioner, dated09-05-2007, is pending, I am of the opinion that it is just and proper to directthe respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner, dated 09-05-2007.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent toconsider and dispose of the application of the petitioner, dated 09-05-2007, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. There shall beno order as to costs.
