ORDER:
For not considering the proposals submitted by the 4[th] respondent,for confirmation of absorption of the petitioner in the aided vacancy ofjunior lecturer in Economics, the present writ petition is filed.
The facts are not in dispute. The 4[th] respondent by its proceedingsdated 4.4.2002 requested the Commissioner and Secretary, Board ofIntermediate Education to consider the genuine proposals of themanagement and issue necessary orders for confirmation ofabsorption of the petitioner in the aided vacancy of junior lecturer inEconomics. An appropriate decision has to be taken by therespondent Nos.2 and 3 in accordance with law.
Therefore a direction is given to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 toconsider the case of the petitioner as per law, pursuant to theproposals submitted by the 4[th] respondent, within a period of threemonths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
