According to the petitioner, she is the absolute owner anclpossessor of the open plot bearing plot No.22, admeasuring 200square yards in Survey No.150 (Part), situated at NanakramgudaVillage, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District, on the srrengthof a registered Gift Deed bearing document No.4306 of 2023, datcd18.03.2023. In proof of the same, shc has fiied copies of said GiliDeed and link documents. Respondent No.7 has issued impugnednotice dated 30.12.2024 under Section - 405 of the CHMC Act, 1955stating that it has received a complaint of encroachment of FTI_/BuffcrZone of Thoutoni Kunta and Bhagirathtinnta Cheruvu situated atKlajaguda, Rangareddl, Districr. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending inthis writ petition shall stand closed.
