This appeal is directed against order dated 6.12.2006 passed by thelearned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.25328 of 2005.
Sri K.Mohanrama Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents saysthat his clients have decided not to act upon the notice issued to the appellantand action for recovery of the dues will be taken against M/s TejaSlab Industries. He further gave out that electric supply has been restored tothe establishment of the appellant today at 1.30 pm.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for therespondents, the writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of writ appeal, W.A.M.P.No.2857 of 2006 is alsodisposed of as infructuous.
