ORDER:
In pursuant to the tender notification, dated 04.07.2012,for providing security services, contract was awarded to thepetitioner on 29.11.2013. Though tender notification states thatthe contract was for a period of one year while awardingcontract it was restricted to one month. Aggrieved thereby, thepetitioner stated to have submitted representation on 05.12.2013and such representation is not disposed of till date.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall bea direction to the first respondent to dispose of therepresentation of the petitioner, dated 05.12.2013, within aperiod of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of thisOrder. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Thereshall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pendingin this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
