Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased toissue Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to order in I.A.No.167/2003 inI.D.No. 375/1992 dated 1-12-2004 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court,Guntur and to quash the same and consequentially to direct the restore proceedingsin I.D.No. 375/1992 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Guntur andpass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER:
The writ petition is filed to quash the order in I.A.No.167 of 2003 in I.D.No.3751 of1992 dated 01.12.2004 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Guntur.
2. The order under challenge does not suffer from any legal infirmities so as to callfor interference by this court. Inspite of giving number of opportunities, ranging morethan one year, the petitioner has not availed any such remedy in attending the Court.When the matter is called the writ petitioner failed to attend the court.
3. Therefore, the writ petition is totally misconceived and accordingly dismissed atthe stage of admission.
