ORAL ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed [under ][Section ][524]Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha [Sanhita (for ][short ]['BNSS) ][by ][the]petitioner/ accused No.5 seeking to [quash ][the ][proceedings]against him in FIR [No.44O ][of ][2024 ][before ][the ][Khammam I ][Tou'n]Police Station, registered for the [alleged offences punishable]under Sections 420 read with [34 of ][Indian ][Penal Code ][(for ][short]lPC).
