Petition under Section 438 of Crl.P.C. praying that in the circumstancesstated in the petition filed therein, the High Court will be pleased to enlarge thepetitioner in connection with the Crime No. 31 of 2003 on the file of II Town PoliceStation, Tenali, in the event of their arrest.

The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and thegrounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. RaviShankar Jandhyala, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor, onbehalf of the Respondent.

The Court made the followingORDER :

At request of learned Public Prosecutor, Post on 02/12/2003.

In the meanwhile, petitioner shall not be arrested in connection withCrime No. 31 of 2003 of II Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District.
