3. It is represented by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education appearing on behalf of respondents thatthe cause of action in the present Writ petition does notsurvive for adjudication anymore.the cause of action in the present Writ petition does notsurvive for adjudication anymore.
4. Bringing the said submission of tearned Assistant Government Pleader for Education on record, the WritPetition is dismissed as infructuous. However, thereshall be no order as to costs.
lnterim orders granted by this Court on 25.06.2014, shall stands vacated.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
