Pending further orders, petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the2nd respondent regarding his grievance for fixation of pay scale as Senior SelectionGrade Lecturer from 14.08.1994 on the revised UGC Pay Scale of 1986, and within three [(03)]weeks of the submission of the said representation, the 2nd respondent shall dispose of thesame and communicate his decision to the petitioner.
