ORDER:
This Court issued Rule Nisi on 14.11.2005 and granted interimdirection to the effect directing the respondent to issue tender scheduleto the petitioners at free of cost and without insisting E.M.D. andsolvency certificate for the works in the tender notification inRoc.No.1368/2005/E1 dated 07.11.2005, pending disposal of the writpetition.
2. On a careful reading of the averments made in the affidavit filedin support of the writ petition and also the nature of the relief prayed forin the writ petition, this Court is of the considered opinion that nofurther orders need be passed in the light of the interim direction already made.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
