CONTEMPT CASE No.1955 OF 2023
ORDER:(ORAL)
This conternpt case is filed for the wilful disobedience of theorder dated 24.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26789 of2022.
2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it issubmitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order passed by this Court,Dharani Application bearing No.2200130466 dated 31.10.2022 ofthe petitioner was plocessed as per procedure and forwarded to theTahsildar, Hansanparthy Mandal. Thereafter, detailed factualreport was obtained from him and order vzde proceedingsNo.D 1 / 1 66 I /2 022-23 5 dated 08.08.2023 was passed.
3. In view of the same, the cause in the contempt case doesnot survive for adjudication. Accordingly, contempt case is closed.However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge order dated08.08.2023 in proceedings No.Dl/166112022-235 passed by therespondent. No order as to costs.not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, contempt case is closed.However, petitioner is given liberty to challenge order dated08.08.2023 in proceedings No.Dl/166112022-235 passed by therespondent. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, rniscellancous applications, ifany, pending in the contempt case stand closed.
