ORDER
This Writ Petition, [under ][Article 226 ][of the ][Constitution ][of]
India,is filed by the [petitioner, ][whereln ][the ][following prayer ][is]made:
"... to issue [an approPriate ][writ, ][order or ][direction ][m-ore]oarticularlv one in the [nature ][of ][WRIT OF ][MANDAMUS]Eectaring the order [No.572IUC/W/No ][105/ cIR-20 ][/TPS]lcF,l,r',tc'/2020 [dated ][14.08.2020, ][is ][illegal, ][arbitrarv,]contrary to the [provisions of Greater Hyderabad ][N4uniclpal]Co.oorution Aci, [violation ][of ][the ][orilciples ][of ][natural]jusiice ano as well as the fundamental rights [guaranteed]'under the constitution of India and set aside the sameconsequently direct [the ][respondents ][not ][to ][take ][any]further action in [pursuance ][to the ][above ][said order ][and]pass such other order or [orders ][..."]
2. Heard the learned [counsel ][for ][both ][sides ][and ][perused ][the]record,

It is brought to the [notice ][of ][this ][Court ][by ][the ][learned]Standing Counsel for GHMC [that ][in ][tune ][with ][the ][interim ][order,]dated 21.08.2020, passed by this Court in I.A.No,1 [of ][2020, ][the]respondent-corporation, after due consideration of the materialfacts and after issuing notice, removed the unauthorized structuresraised over the subject property.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner conceded to 'the saidsubmission of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC,
5. Under these circumstances, no further orders are required tobe passed in this Writ [petition.]

6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dispos'ed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, [pending ]in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
