4. As per the allegations made in the complaint, the daughter of thesecond respondent died due to depression and stress. It is furtheralleged that after the death of his daughter, the second respondentfound two SIM Cards in her bag.The second respondent issuspecting that the petitioner is responsible for the death of hisdaughter. The daughter of the second respondent died on 04.01.2015and the second respondent lodged the complaint to the police on01.09.2015.

Whether the petitioner has committed the alleged offence or notwill come to light during the course of investigation. While exercisingthe inherent power under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the Court has to takeinto consideration the allegations made in the complaint only. The Court is not justified in embarking upon an enquiry as to probability, reliability or genuineness of the allegations made in the complaint atthe initial stage of investigation. The material placed before the Courti s prima facie sufficient to investigate into the matter in order toascertain the truthfulness or otherwise of the allegations made in thecomplaint.
