Writ Petition No.20826 of_2008
This Writ Petition was earlier listed for hearing on 29-12-2009. On the said date, as there was no representationon behalf of the petitioner, it was directed to be listed on 30-12-2009 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. On 30-12-2009also, as there was no representation, the matter wasadjourned to today. Even today, when the matter is called,there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
