Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the followingsubstantive relief:
“to issue any writ, order ordirection more particularly one in thenature of Writ of Mandamus declaringthe action of the 1st Respondent in notregistering the sale transactions of thePetitioner over their plots on the basis ofa letter dated 12.4.2012 issued by the2nd Respondent is illegal, arbitrary andcontrary to the provisions of RegistrationAct and one without jurisdiction and toconsequently direct the 1st Respondentto register the sale transactions in PlotNos.6 and 7 of Rushikonda Layout inSy.No.332 Part of Madhurawada Villageof Visakhapatnam RuralVisakhapatnam District.”
At the hearing, it is agreed among the learnedCounsel for both the parties that the issues raised in thisWrit Petition are squarely covered in favour of thepetitioners by Order, dated 12.12.2012, inW.P.No.23217 of 2012.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed interms of the above-mentioned Order, dated 12.12.2012,in W.P.No.23217 of 2012, with the direction that thereasons and the directions contained therein shall formpart of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.50976 of 2012, filed forinterim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
