ORDER:

The petitioner is working as a Mechanic in Guntur-I Depot of A.P.S.R.T.C. Hiscomplaint is that the Depot Manager, Guntur-I, 2[nd] respondent herein, hadorally asked him not to work in that Depot and to approach the RegionalManager, 1[st] respondent herein, for necessary posting orders. He states thatwhen he approached the 1[st] respondent, he orally asked him to report to duty atMacharla Depot. The petitioner contends that when he is a regular employee ofA.P.S.R.T.C, he cannot be made to work at different places without there beingany written orders.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitsthat the 2[nd] respondent passed an order of transfer against the petitionerposting him to Bapatla Depot.

Now it has emerged that an order of transfer was passed against the petitionertransferring him to Bapatla Depot. Therefore, the uncertainty in the matterceases to exist. It shall be open to the 1[st] respondent to serve the order oftransfer on the petitioner, and on receiving the same, the petitioner shall jointhe duty at the new station within the permissible time.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as tocosts.
