ORDER:

The revision is against the order dated 02.9.2010 in E.P. No.82of 2010 whereby and whereunder the Court of the I Additional JuniorCivil Judge, Tirupati, ordered arrest of the petitioner/Judgment Debtorin O.S.No.350 of 2008.

This Court, while ordering notice before admission, stayed arreston condition of the petitioner depositing 50% of the E.P. amount withina period of four weeks. When the matter came up for further enquiry on24.12.2010, at the request of the Counsel for petitioner, the matter wasadjourned to get instruction as to compliance with the conditional orderof this Court dated 22.10.2010.

Today the Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that theamount has not been deposited and under the mistaken impression, his client brought the amount to Hyderabad. Be that as it is, as theimpugned order has not been complied with, this Court is not inclinedto admit the revision petition.

The civil revision petition is therefore dismissed.
