The office notice shows that the notice to the petitioner sent through Registryon 31-07-2006 was returned un-served with a postal endorsement ‘insufficientaddress’ and no other counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner sofar.
Obviously the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
