JUDGMENT:
The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject Suit in O.S.No.492 of 2017 on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of on 20.12.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.
2 . Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
