This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the action of therespondents in not accepting the petitioner’s representation for voluntary retirementscheme for the year 2000. When the petition came up for hearing, learned StandingCounsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has attained theage of superannuation and retired from service. Such is the situation, this writpetition has become infructuous.
This writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
