ORDER:

Petitioner/A2 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No. 173 of 2017 on the file of SHO, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupathi Urban, which was registered against the petitioner/A2 and other accused for offences under Sections 448, 354, 323 and 324 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard.

Having regard to the fact that as per the FIR allegations, the overt acts are attributed against the petitioner/A2, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner/A2. The petitioner/A2 is at liberty to surrender before concerned Court and seek for regular bail, in which case, the said Court shall dispose of his bail application on the same date.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
