Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in thecircumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased toissue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamusdeclaring the action of the respondents in not paying the service benefits of thepetitioner inspite of his repeated requests in pursuance of the orders in ProcNo.PA/19(131)/2005-DVM-CR dt.21-01-2006 as high handed and arbitrary actionand as such liable to be set aside in the interest of justice and consequently directthe respondents herein to settle the petitioner's terminal benefits by taking intoconsideration of the orders passed by the Appellate authority Dt 21-1-2006 forthwith.
