This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of therespondents in receiving the application and releasing thepower supply to the petitioner's property bearing Plot No.8l2admeasuring 5OO sq. yards in Sy.No. I I I 14, 1l I 15, Il I 16,11117, and 11 l18, part of Sy.No.11 situated at Sri SwamyAyryappa Co-operative House Building Society, Khanametvillage, Serilir-rgarm palll Manderl. Ranga Reddv District.
2. When the marter is taken up, it is submitted by thelearned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in thepresent Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders passedby this Court in WP.No.264O1 of 2021 dt.25.7O.2O2t andWP.No.21 1OO of 2019 dt.25.09.20 19.
