In the course of arguments, [learned ][counsel ][for ][the]respondent has fairly conceded that theHMOP.No.l38l2O21, may be withdrawn from [the file ][of ][the]learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem andtransferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court atL.B.Nagar, R.R.District to be tried along withOP.No.1236 l2O2O pending on the file of that Court forrestitution of conjugal rights between the same parties.
