ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus, todirect the first respondent to release the balance of pension by revisingpension proceeding already issued on 10-7-2001.
It is submitted by the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of theWrit Petition, the first respondent has issued revised proceedings infile No.P16/II-IV-626/SP 308/2001-07 and differential amount is alsopaid.
In view of the above, as the petitioner is granted relief prayed inthis Writ Petition, no further orders need be passed.
The Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
