ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned counsel appearing forthe respondents and with their consent the writ petition itself is disposed of at thestage of admission.

The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P. No.13556of 2004, dated 03-08-2004, the respondents issued call letter dated 20-8-2004 to herto attend the interview to the post of Full Time Sweeper in their Company. Sheclaims to have topped the selection list. Her grievance is that the second respondentis going to issue appointment order to one Mr. Masood, who did not even attend theinterview, nor was he a candidate sponsored by the Employment Exchange forselection, which is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, the writ petition.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition merely on apprehension. The petitionerhaving attended the interview, without waiting for the results to be announced, hasfiled this writ petition contending that the respondents are proceeding to appoint aperson who has not even attended the interview, which cannot be entertained, andmore so when there is no cause of action for the petitioner to file the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission.
