Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying thatin the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Courtwill be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, moreparticularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, to declaring the actionof the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitionerdated 12-06-2006, not to provide Municipal amenities like water supplyand sewerage connection to the disputed construction in R.S.No.26/1 ofTanuku Municipality and not to provide electricity connection by the 2ndrespondent and consequentially to direct the respondents not to providemunicipal water and sewerage connection and electricity connection tothe disputed construction in R.S.No.26/1 of Tanuku Municipality and togrant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit andproper in the circumstances of the case.
